Booking conditions

• rate / day / house for max. 10 people
• our rates include from 1st May - 24th September: the usage of water, gas, electricity, kitchen, bed linen, final cleaning, parking
• city tax is not included, this is 1 Euro/day/adult
• the house must be rented from Saturday to Saturday
• by booking 30% deposit must be paid via bank transfer. Please note that the reservation deposit is not refundable as you have reserved the house for a certain period. The deposit is due a week from the time of reservation.
• We do not pay the transfer cost.
• arrival from 2 pm. Departure till 10am
• The house is self-catering.
• we take € 300 caution (security deposit) for loss of keys and damages
• arrival from 2 p.m., departure till 10 a.m.
• no towels provided
• when arriving our guests must sign a registration form and the rules of the house
• You get our keys only when you paid the bill. We do not accept any reasons for paying the bill later. We can not accept credit cards.
• Once you paid we do not pay back any amount from the rent as you have reserved a term in the house. Only the rest of city tourist tax, and the security deposit is refundable for the rest of the holiday.
• Dogs are allowed: EUR 10/night/dog
