The prices include: the usage of water, electricity, gas, air-conditioning, pool, bed-linen, final cleaning, parking facilities. The capacity of the house is 8 plus we can give 2 extra beds if you wish.

Extra charges: City tax: Euro 1/day/adult (18-70). No other charges!!!
